Project Description
Medical students (4th yr)and residents, and graduate students in nursing, public health or other disciplines, can earn credit and do internship or preceptorship work studying tuberculosis and other infectious diseases in the public health context of Chihuahua, Mexico. A typical 30-day rotation can include working and being mentored in rural and urban hospitals, the state laboratory and the state epidemiology office.
 
Eligibility
Designed for medical students (4th yr)and residents, and graduate students in nursing, public health or other disciplines. Spanish fluency, department approval and IPH approval required.
