Project Description
The mission of the Natural High Program is to provide alternatives to at-risk behavior through educational tutoring and mentoring, fine and performing arts, and recreational activiteis. The program aspires to empower youth to realize their hightes potential by teaming them with enthusiastic, dedicated UNM Educational Mentor Tutors. Results and outcomes: Increased leadership, team building, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills. Increased knowledge and awareness of higher educational opportunities. Increased transition and completion of one grade level to the next.
 
Eligibility
K-12th grade. Target population: First Generation, Low-income, and/or underrepersented youth in need.
