Project Description The Storehouse Project is a community health clinical setting for Level 1 and Level 2 nursing students. In Level 1, the students assist clients with resource navigation, referral and health education. Level 2 students make home visits to families needing support, health education, and referrals to health and social services. This project was developed to provide a community-based community health nursing experience for our students, to utilize the skills and abilities of the students to assist with resource, referral, health screening, preventive education and home visiting to a population of vulnerable individuals in our community. 1.
