Project Description
Lobo League is a volleyball league operated by the Women's Volleyball program at UNM. It has 180 teams in 7 coed divisions, 7 women's divisions, and 6 men's divisions. Matches are played on Saturday and Sunday nights in the Johnson Center. The league is open to anyone in the Albuquerque and surrounding area. League runs in the fall, spring, and summer. In the fall and spring seasons teams play 10 regular season matches with a post-season tournament. The summer season has 8 regular season matches and no post-season tournament. Play is three games to 30 with rally scoring.

Objectives
Increase attendance at home UNM Volleyball matches
Increase awareness of volleyball in the Albuquerque area
Provide an outlet to engage community volleyball players to play and meet each other
Developed to increase attendance at home UNM Volleyball matches and serve as a fundraiser for the UNM Volleyball team.
Provides an outlet for the community to play volleyball in a safe environment.
 
Eligibility
Any one is eligible to participate. If the person is under the age of 18 then a parent/guardian must sign the roster for the person. High school age participants must have legal residence within a 50 mile radius of the UNM campus.
