Project Description
The scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the electron microprobe are sophisticated scientific instruments that provide high magnification electron and x-ray imaging and compositional analysis at a micrometer scale. Both the SEM and microprobe labs are service labs that offer analytical services to University clients and to the general public.We provide scanning electron microscopy and X-ray microanlysis services to UNM students, faculty and staff and to the greater community
