Project Description
Our mission is improve the health status of Native Americans in NM through building healthy partnerships with UNM, the state, Indian Health Service and tribal communities.We serve all 22 tribes and urban Indian population.Since our partner includes Albuquerque Area Indian Health Board, we also must include the 2 Ute tribes of SW Colorado. We work with all programs at the Health Sciences Center.
 
Eligibility
Our targeted population is mostly Native Americans. Students are specific focus since we have specific student development projects underway at the Health Sciences Center and with 3 tribal communities.
